Luther Royal served our community with distinction for 11 years as Mayor and 16 years as a City Council member, giving nearly three decades of his life to the betterment of our city. His leadership, commitment, and steady presence helped guide our community through years of growth and change. Even after his time in office, Luther never stepped away from serving others.
